Welcome to Mary Our Queen Catholic School! To begin the application process for Preschool enrollment for the 2022-23 school year, please complete and submit the requested information below or call the school office at 402-333-8663.
If you are new to our preschool programs, please review our preschool cover letter that includes a checklist of items needed for registration.

To ensure a spot in one of our preschool programs, the following is required:
- All forms completed & sent back to MOQ
- Copy of child’s birth certificate
- Registration fee
- Immunization record
