The Faith & Knowledge Annual Appeal is a new annual giving initiative that supports the long-term financial health of Mary Our Queen School. It includes gifts to Bridge the Gap (BTG) and expands our ability to invest in core priorities—most notably teacher compensation and classroom excellence.

Tuition for the 2025–2026 school year is $4,200, but the actual cost to educate one child is $6,160.75—leaving a gap of $1,960.75. This shortfall is covered by parish support and donations. Your contributions help ensure that every student benefits from the highest-quality Catholic education.

The Faith & Knowledge Annual Appeal will:

  • Increase starting salaries to attract top teaching talent
  • Enhance pay for tenured faculty to honor experience and impact
  • Strengthen classroom support through certified teachers and teaching aides
  • Protect small class sizes that allow for personalized learning
  • Sustain 90% healthcare coverage for full-time staff to retain quality education

Competitive compensation is essential to retain our exceptional faculty and attract new talent, both of which are vital to sustaining the strong academic and faith formation standards we hold.

In honor of our 60th anniversary, we’re inviting families to give $60 per month for 12 months—a total of $720 annually. This commemorative giving level helps us build consistency in support while celebrating the legacy of Mary Our Queen School.
